Leadership Training

The Inayatiyya offers a variety of initial, annual, and ongoing Leadership Training within its Seven Activities.

Each year all leaders are invited to Inayatiyya Leadership Trainings held at Fazal Manzil in Suresnes, France (January), and also at the Astana, in Richmond, Virginia (March). The March gathering is both in-person and live-streamed via Zoom.

The Inayatiyya’s Esoteric School offers training and ongoing support for teachers and guides within the Inayatiyya, called Coordinators and Representatives, and also for Retreat Guides. Training is organized through North American and European leadership, with a new two-year Retreat Guide Training soon to be posted, as well as a variety of other activities which may be found here.
